"I’ve been extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from my agent, Rick Duran. Nearly a year after being involved in a car accident, I have still been unable to get in direct contact with him, my actual agent. Instead, I’ve had to rely on various employees in his office who often provided inconsistent information, leading to confusion about how to proceed during an already stressful situation. I could go into detail with multiple examples, but I’ll keep this brief: if you’re considering Rick Duran Insurance, try calling the office and speaking directly with Rick (You'll be told he is "away at a conference" or "unavailable at this time"). In my experience, having reliable, direct access to your agent when you need guidance is critical, and that has not been the case here. Also, while the initial sign-up process with Rick's team was pleasant, I was asked to leave a 5-star Google review immediately afterward (glad I did not do that). I suspect that’s a big reason for the consistently high ratings, it's easy to feel satisfied right after signing up for a service, before you actually need support. The real test is how a company shows up when something goes wrong, and in my experience, that’s exactly where Rick Duran’s team falls short."
