"They called to schedule an online meeting in two weeks to discuss our insurance plans and sent two text reminders including one on the day of the meeting. A lady then called 5 minutes before our scheduled time to push it back for 30 minutes, but I said unfortunately I couldn’t make it. She then said it’s okay she’d try to stick with the original scheduled time, which is in 5 minutes. When I got online, there’s on one there to start the meeting. We waited for 15 minutes for nothing. There was never a follow up. I’ve been using State Farm for more than 10 years and only switched to this office a couple years ago. Their office is a huge disappointment. I’d choose another representative who values customers’ time better."
